The PhD in law. Assistant Professor at the Chair of Criminology and Criminal Policy and the Director of the International Crimes Studies Center at the University of Warsaw. Focuses on functioning of the widely understood justice system and international crimes. An author of multiple research papers. A lecturer in human rights, criminal law and international criminal law. He was the Legal Expert advising the EU project Support to Criminal Judicial Reforms in Uzbekistan. An Author of reports on international law and legal systems of Central Asia countries prepared for the foundation of the Ministry of Justice of Germany IRZ and the Ministry of Justice of France JCI. He is an attorney-at-law in Poland and Ukraine and he is specialised in international law. A member of the Warsaw Bar Association, Ukrainian National Bar Association, and International Association of Penal Law (AIDP).
