This webinar is open to everyone interested and is jointly organised by Project Sunflowers, the Kraków Centre for International Criminal Justice (KCICJ) at Jagiellonian University and the Law Institute of the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman. The event is held as part of the cooperation between organisations and is primarily aimed at individuals who have suffered harm as a result of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, as well as lawyers and representatives of non-governmental organisations who support affected individuals, particularly by assisting them in preparing and submitting claims to the Register of Damage.

Professor Aleksandra Mężykowska, a Member of the Board of the Register of Damage Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine (RD4U), will explain the claims submission procedure, the requirements for documenting damage, and how to track the status of a claim.
